QCLNG Pipeline, Queensland
Date: 2011 to 2016
The Queensland Curtis LNG Pipeline is a 543km transmission pipeline which transports gas from coal seam gas fields in central Queensland to an LNG processing facility at Curtis Island. King Planning was engaged by Queensland Gas Corporation (part of the British Gas Group) to provide forensic analysis and expert witness services in two large arbitrations regarding claims by the contractor.

Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal, Queensland
Date: 2014 to 2016
WICET is a green field coal export terminal at the Port of Gladstone. King Planning was engaged by the contractor pursuant to a bulk earthworks contract to provide forensic delay analysis and expert witness services in its proceedings against WICET in the Supreme Court of Queensland. King Planning’s expert evidence was preferred and accepted by the Court. Bulyanhulu Gold Mine, Tanzania
Date: 2015 to 2017
Bulyanhulu Gold Mine is located in north-west Tanzania. King Planning was engaged by a South African engineering company who was contracted by the mine to carry out process plant expansion works. King Planning carried out forensic delay analysis and our expert gave evidence in arbitral proceedings in Johannesburg, South Africa, shortly after which the parties reached a settlement.
