Al Shaqab Equestrian Centre, Qatar
Date: 2010 to 2013
Al Shaqab is Qatar Foundation’s equestrian centre, founded by the Amir of Qatar. The equestrian centre includes administration and maintenance compounds; a breeding and show centre; accommodation; dressage, endurance and show jumping stables; a clubhouse; an indoor and outdoor arena, a riding academy and a veterinary centre. King Planning assisted the international contractor responsible for the construction of Al Shaqab with their contractual delay claims, carrying out detailed analysis of project documentation and evidence and providing strategic advice.

Petronas Filharmonik Hall, Kuala Lumpur
Date: 1993 to 1995
The Petronas Filharmonik Hall is located between the famous Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur and is a purpose-built concert hall which was completed in 1996. King Planning was engaged to provide planning and programming services to the contractor during the construction of the concert hall.

Westpac Headquarters “One Fifty Collins”, Victoria
Date: 2011 to 2014
One Fifty Collins is a 14-level premium grade office and retail building located in Melbourne, Victoria which has Westpac Banking Corporation as its anchor tenant. Construction was completed in 2014. King Planning was engaged by Westpac to provide ongoing advice in relation to the progress of the works with the statusing and monitoring of the contractor’s construction program.
